2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Precious-Piece is not responsible for these charges—these are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).
