1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

The item is not marked as final sale or custom-made.

You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. How to Request a Return

Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance we are not responsible for lost returns.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
