Warranty & Return
We stand behind the quality of our eyewear. All Precious Piece frames come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Loose hinges, misaligned frames, or faulty components
It does not cover:
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care
• Scratches on lenses due to normal wear and tear

Easy Returns
We want you to love your glasses but if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order if:
• The product is in its original condition and packaging
• The item has not been worn or damaged
To start a return, email us at info@precious-piece-eyewear.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we approve the return, we’ll provide return instructions.
Note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the item
