Returns & Refund Policy

At Precious-Piece, we want you to love your eyewear. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

  • The item is not marked as final sale or custom-made.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@precious-piece-eyewear.com with your:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Custom-made or prescription eyewear
